Transcom is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping others and taking care of customer service.

Be at the forefront of helping and influencing customers at company level. You will work for one of the fastest growing industrial start-ups in Europe. Job requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English (B2 level or above);
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and listening skills are important at work;
• Ability to grasp information quickly, adapt and react to change;
• A positive attitude and a willingness to create a good customer experience because you believe that customers deserve more than just help.
